On Sat I baked my first ever bread (in the breadalong) and this is the end result of my work:

And here’s some pictures of the yarn I dyed last Tues.

I’m thinking of making one of them into the Simple yet Effective Shawl, but I have trouble starting. Though I love the colours and the pattern, the yarn or maybe the project just isn’t working for me. I can’t knit past 15 rows, and god knows I’ve restarted at least a few hundred times. Maybe it just isn’t for me right now.

No prob on my VLS (Victorian Lace Shawl) though, I’m breezing along just fine. Can’t wait to finish it. No pictures, ‘cos it’s mainly just repeats and I don’t think there are any more different kind of pictures of it that I can show you.

I had my first Hip Hop lesson today, and it was pretty fun. Interesting, with all those moves and all, ‘cept that I don’t think I’m too good at dancing. I’m a little slow, but I’m sure I’ll catch up!

Speaking of school, I’ve found a new way to get home within 45 minutes! That’s super duper great, since that means I won’t be spending 15 extra minutes travelling home.

And on a sidenote, sourdough bread tastes good plain with magarine and milk. Whippee.
